The maintenance crew are the best part of this community. They are so polite and respond timely to my requests

They are very nice to deal with. I dealt with Victoria mostly. They check you out pretty well to qualify for an apartment. But I was happy for that. It made me feel more secure with my apartment.

They are very nice to deal with. I dealt with Victoria mostly. They check you out pretty well to qualify for an apartment. But I was happy for that. It made me feel more secure with my apartment. And after I’ve been in the unit, I accidentally broke a chandelier shade in the dining room area, and the switch for my LR light had a malfunction. Within a short amount of time, Chris from maintenance was here, and replaced the shade, fixed my light switch, and took care of a couple other minor things too. He’s a super guy and I feel very good knowing he’s here.

So far we are really enjoying our apartment! Victoria was so easy to work with and was incredibly helpful, even coming in on her day off so we could sign our lease. The lease is very detailed and gives realistic expectations for additional costs (ie. utilities, internet). Our stove was missing drip pans when we moved in and the maintenance team came and installed them the same day we inquired about them so the response time was excellent. The internet was very easy to set up. We called the day we moved in and it was installed next day. It was a quick and simple process, just required a call or two and access to an email. We look forward to our stay here!!

Over the past few months I have had a couple of maintenance needs and I have been so pleased with how the office staff and maintenance staff worked together to quickly resolve the issues. Alyssa, Victoria and Chris you are the best!!!

I love my new place!!!, Victoria the office manager was very helpful especially with a the paperwork and obstacles I had to overcome. Victoria was very patient and helped me get things done in one day that probably would of definitely took days or even a week! Amazing place to live!

Relatively painless considering the urgency of my move. I'm sure that my only issues would have been addressed if I had been able to give the property more time before my arrival.
